Heritage Surveys was appointed to act as lead project managers and contract administrators for the external cleaning and repair to Her Majesty’s Theatre Haymarket, London.  

Her Majesty’s Theatre Haymarket was constructed between 1896 - 1897 in a French Renaissance inspired design.

The LW Theatres have owned a leasehold interest since December 2005 and manage the use of the building. The Phantom of the Opera is still playing to capacity, making it the longest run and most successful production in the theatre’s history.
